About

Welcome to the Inn...

We started this podcast because we wanted to create something that could be shared with everyone but still be true to what we’ve always done, even without all the recording equipment.  We like to explain it like this: the idea behind The Side Quest Inn — and how we imagine it when we all meet up to play — is that it’s a place friends can get together and tell stories about the adventures they’ve been on; whether it’s real life, from a board game, in a video game, or just straight from your imagination.  This is the place you leave your real-world stress at the door, grab a drink, and take a seat with friends to have a good time.

The Cast

Meet the people behind the microphones! This is the wonderful staff who keep the stories exciting, the laughter flowing, and the Inn running smoothly.

Toby Pack

The charming Inkeeper who can never pronounce words correctly

Jeff Thompson

The smooth talking front of house manager

I have been playing and gamemastering tabletop RPG’s for 15 years now and I see no end in sight. My first tabletop RPG was the Star Wars Roleplaying Game. I have always loved the Star Wars movies, but I especially love the Star Wars books. The lore of Star Wars universe came alive within the games I ran and as I made more friends through roleplaying, I found I had a passion for it. And that led me here to The Side Quest Inn.

Felicia TAylor

The socially inept gift shop clerk

Hey everyone, I’m Felicia! I’m a Salt Lake City native who loves all things fantasy. I started playing Pathfinder in 2012 (thanks to Toby) and the nerdy things in my life have just compounded from there. When I’m not being a character on the show I can be found playing all manner of other board games with The Side Quest Inn crew, reading books (shout out to Brandon Sanderson), working at my super neat ‘Type A personality’ full time job, or managing our social media accounts. I absolutely love making this podcast to share with all of you, and I sincerely hope you enjoy it! Happy Questing!
